Types of listings
There are two types of listings available:
- The Artist/Artisan Directory. In this directory, you indicate a category (or categories) you would like to be listed in, such as "Icons" or "Church Interior Restorations." There a charge for each category you are listed in.
- The Architects Directory. The architect listing is intended for firms which specialize or maintain some part of their practice in religious architecture.
What Information You Can List
A basic listing consists of your (company or firm) name, contact, address, telephone and fax number, email and web addresses. This is an example of a basic listing:

In addition to the above information, you can include up to 15 additional words describing your firm or its services for an extra charge of $1 per word. This additional text would be displayed following your listing in italics, as shown here:

Listing Fees
The fee for listing is $35 per issue, per listing. To inform prospective clients of your area of expertise, you can also add up to fifteen additional words at a cost of $1.00 per word. Please note that you are charged for each category you choose to list in and that the listing fee does not automatically include an annual subscription. If you wish to subscribe, you must include additional funds as indicated on the subscription rate page, when submitting your listing.
Using the basic listing (first) example above, if you choose to list under both the "Interior Design" and "Liturgical Furnishings" categories, you would be charged $35 for each, for a total listing fee of $70. If you would also like a one-year subscription, your total fee would be dependent on the subscription fee as noted on the subscription rate page.

How to List
To list in Faith & Form, you need to complete a Directory Listing Form (please see the note at the top of this page if you have not read it already) and send it along with your check or money order. Complete details are listed on the form. (Because listing or subscription requests must include payment, faxes are not accepted.)
