An independent publication devoted to religious art and architecture, Faith & Form: The Interfaith Journal on Religion, Art and Architecture provides in-depth articles on all aspects of planning, building and furnishing religious structures. It boasts an international circulation and is the leading publication for those with an interest in religious art and architecture. In addition to those in related fields, many academic and special libraries subscribe to the journal.

Publication Information

Faith & Form is published four times annually, with one issue each year devoted to extensive coverage of the award winners in the Religious Art & Architecture Awards Program co-sponsored by Faith & Form and the American Institute of Architects ( AIA). Two issues provide a thematic approach to issues facing designers of religious facilities. Past topics include "Restoration of Historic Religious Structures," "Designing for Ethnic and Minority Congregations" and "Reviewing Religious Building Classics." A fourth issue offers a wide variety of information on churches, synagogues, temples and other religious facilities from an equally diverse range of authors.

Subscription Rates

Faith & Form is available at an annual subscription rate of $36.00 for one year, $60 for two years. Canadian and overseas subscriptions are $46 for one year, $70 for two years. AIA/IFRAA members no longer receive a complimentary subscription. It is necessary to subscribe to the magazine to continue receiving Faith & Form.
